Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ViaGrid, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of ViaGrid after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Prohibited Content

You may not upload, post, or display any content on ViaGrid — including in designs, project descriptions, profile information, or any other user-generated area — that is:

• Offensive, hateful, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory
• Obscene, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate for a general audience
• Used as a profile picture that is inappropriate, offensive, sexually explicit, or otherwise violates these terms — such images may result in immediate account suspension or ban
• Unlawful or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law
• Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others, including but not limited to: copyrighted designs, artwork, schematics, or documentation reproduced without permission; trademarks, logos, brand names, or trade dress used without authorization from the rightsholder; and patented designs or inventions shared without appropriate licensing
• Misleading, fraudulent, or intended to deceive other users
• Malicious code, malware, or content intended to harm users or systems

ViaGrid reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms and to suspend or terminate accounts responsible for repeated or egregious violations.

Ownership of Your Designs

You retain full ownership of any designs you upload to ViaGrid. We do not claim any rights, ownership, or license over your work beyond what is necessary to display it on the platform.

The license you apply to your design (such as MIT, CC BY-SA, CERN OHL, or any other open source or Creative Commons license) remains entirely in effect and unchanged. ViaGrid acts only as a host and does not modify, sublicense, or transfer the rights you have granted to others through your chosen license.

By uploading a design, you confirm that you have the right to share it under the license you have specified, and that doing so does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not create accounts for the purpose of circumventing bans or moderation actions.

Reporting Violations

If you believe any content on ViaGrid violates these terms or infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us via the link in the footer. We take all reports seriously and will act promptly to investigate.
